Absolutely horrible If you want to pay $110 for a run down room with dirty sheets and bedbugs then look no further, you've found it. If you want a clean room stay far away...

It is what you make it. It is the cheapest motel on the south shore. Its by no means nice but i found it bearable. Location is prime as you are walking distance to target, shop rite, home depot, bed bath and beyond, a very nice shopping center where you can get anything you need. There are definitely some shady characters here but if you are just looking for a place to sleep you will be fine. Update: I had to come here with my son for the night, obviously not for vacation. The woman working the desk overnight was HORRIBLE. The room stunk of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns in the comforter. The cable didn’t work and neither did the phone. When I called to complain from my cell phone I was told ‘I should have known you would be a pain’. That being said the following day I dealt with an Indian woman who I believe is the owner and she was very professional and pleasant. This motel is known for housing homeless people which I admire, but I wouldn’t recommend paying to stay here unless you are desperate.

The staff are great and the rooms are always clean and its comfy. You sometimes can see deer and other woodland creatures from your window but don't worry there's a fence so they can't get into your room. There's a woodland area you can walk through back there and see the deer grazing. On the other side of that it's like another time. This lodge has recently been on the last season of the television series of "Ray Donovan" So if you're looking to rest in a good affordable place with good staff come on by!

I stayed here for few weeks before i was moving to another state .Other than the stale humid smell, I found it to be fine. It's quiet, everyone is friendly, the people that work here were pleasent. I think 100 dollars a nite is steep but it's the only place on the south shore. And to all the people writing in about the homeless, you have very ugly hearts , and you should thank god you were never put in a situation that you need help, cause it can happen very quickly.
