I have been ordering JJ'S forever (years) from the Washington Ave. store and never had an issue. Present time I have moved offices and now ordered from this store and today it took an hour to get a sandwich. I could of drove there and back 5 times in that amount of time. Oh and the last time I ordered it took over 30min. From now on I'm just driving to the Washington Ave. Location and picking it up myself.

Sandwiches are good, like most JJ's. Only complaint is they are never open when I want a sandwich. Closed at dinner time and Sundays.

I love the sandwiches but like today i order 2 sandwiches 1 coke and 1 chips and they charge me 2x the delivery fee. I asked why they do that and they say its the policy. I always give tips but from now on i will stop giving tips.
