Twice I ordered a banana split and twice there wasn't any banana. How is it possible to go to a place known for ice cream and get no bananas in the banana splits. That's the main ingredient. Needless to say I don't do 3 strikes your out. Two times is enough to make me never go back there again. Never has this happened at any other ice-cream shop I've been to. Very disappointing 😞 😕.

I am here right now in the parking lot my husband and I went inside to get ice cream there was a couple in front of us and then a group of 5 behind us. The couple in front said they had been waiting over 15 minutes and no one came out from behind the ice cream station or the back to seat them. So the lady and I went to the counter where we saw a group of girls working making sundaes and asked politely if they who was working the dining room and the response we got was so rude " Does it look like I can help you right now I am busy can't you see that when it slows down I can maybe find someone" she was very snotting and spoke to us with attitude which was definately not called for. Great job now all of us walked out and brought our business elsewhere!! Used to be our go to spot to sit and relax as a couple or with our family of 8 but if this is how the customer service is now no way will we be back 😔 seriously disappointed!

We’ve enjoyed this Friendly’s for years! You get excellent service. Maryanne goes out of her way to welcome you, get your order and serve you quickly, correctly and in a Friendly manner. She always does a great job!! Their fishamajig is delicious and always enjoyed.

Great experience. We had the new brisket super melt that was amazing, and the Mac and cheese burger. My daughter had the chicken pops and fries, and of course the make your own sundae. Everything was delicious and our waiting Maryanne was friendly and quick. We will come again!
