My recent visit was great. I was a walk-in, with no appointment, but was seen quickly. The nurse and PA were both friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised.

My primary care couldn’t see me so I went on-line and booked an appointment with Go Health. I selected a time that worked for me. When I arrived I checked in and within 5 minutes was in a room and then saw the Dr. Front desk was friendly, my RX was quickly sent to the pharmacy, and my information was on the patient portal by the time I arrived home. I highly recommend this facility

Unhelpful staff. The woman I spoke with would not take 20 seconds to look up something in the computer. She had the "not my job" attitude. I asked for a supervisor and apparently, the place is running without one right now as I was told no one is there. There is a much friendlier urgent care facility also on Hazard Ave - Physicians One.

People were very nice and showed concern but documentation was all wrong! I went there at 8 am because my heart had been racing and irregular since 6 am. They brought me in and checked my vital signs. My blood pressure was 169/101 and pulse rate was 159 according to the electronic blood pressure monitor, which they kept on and continued to monitor.An EKG was done and i was in Atrial flutter. The PA on duty said i needed to go to the ER by ambulance. I took a copy of the EKG results with me. My problem with Hartford Urgent care was that their visit summary documentation stated my blood pressure was normal as well as my heart rate! It stated my lung sounds were clear- though no one listened to my lungs! Also my hand grasps were equal- though no one had checked my hands. I am a registered nurse and I know how to do a proper assessment and it was not done here. When i saw what was documented on paper and what I actually witnessed and experienced, i was shocked! When i saw my PCP i had to tell him that some of what was written was absolutely wrong! Please, if you use a prefilled format of a document ation- please make the appropriate corrections to show what actually happened. It could make a huge difference in the outcome! Needless to say, i will not go back to that urgent care.
