They do train and coach for a set price a month they do have 1 on 1 training with you and the coach as well thats a little more money but its a great gym, coaches are watching everyone even if its not 1 on 1 training.
Depending on the maturity and ability to focus I would say between the ages of 5-7. It's a great environment for children and adults alike. Character building, discipline and structure orientated
