They skimped on the toppings on a super supreme pizza. The dough was undercooked in the middle. Pizza quality had gone down a lot since last year and prices went up

Everything went smoothly except the "order will be done in 15 minutes" guarantee. Maybe it was just too busy for them to keep up with, but they should at least make the app so that it says to come get it when it's actually done, instead of waiting 30 more minutes for one pizza!

It is National Pizza Day and we’ve been wanting to try the Spicy Lovers Pizza from Pizza Hut. The West Springfield location is the only actual Pizza Hut restaurant around. I put an order in online and it was ready within 15 minutes. We got the Spicy Lovers Pizza, an original pan pizza, cheesy bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. If you like spice, the Spicy Lovers Pizza had the perfect amount of heat to it. It was delicious. All the other food was very enjoyable too. No complaints from the family!
