When you spend $3k in the camera store and then your told you need a very specific and upgraded power memory card and card reader only to get home in the 100 degree heat and realize that very specific card doesn’t even fit in the camera you just bought try to understand that as a customer that’s very frustrating. then when you call and ask why, they act like pompous arrogant dbags and tell you “oh yeah just come back in.” How about you do your job and give your customers the correct information the first time so they don’t need to drive 30 minutes back to your store in the hundred degree heat! The least you can do is offer a discount to offset the gas used to correct a mistake that is YOUR businesses fault. Don’t make supporting local businesses so difficult. The worst character trait of a salesperson is ego. It doesn’t make people want to spend thier hard earned money with you.

Fantastic local store whose staff members are eager to assist the amateur and the professional and everything in between. They have equipment rentals (located just down the street) events / workshops and processing available.

I had called and talked to Kevin. They did not have the item I was looking for, but he suggested I come in as they had a large selection of similar products. Kevin grabbed a camera and lens comparable to the one I have so we could fit it into a case. They actually have a table with the measurements allowed for travel, very helpful! I ended up purchasing two bags! Kevin's customer service was stellar! I will be shopping here more from now on!

Policy changed recently and apparently now you need to authorize a deposit for the entire value of the gear you’re renting. One B1 kit was $6,300. Go to Gearhead or Coolhand. Cheaper and less expensive.

Hi Fred, we do not have that battery but Batteries Plus in Beaverton may be able to help you.
Yes we do.
We are open from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
As an Oregon business, we do not charge sales tax for items purchased in our store. If anything is getting shipped to a state that does require sales tax, we must charge sales tax and shipping.
That would be very difficult to do, and we would not recommend it. We'd recommend trying out some rental sony lenses or coming into the store to do so, and keeping an eye on used.
Hi Ethal, Here's a link to an article that might help you determine how big you can print your image from your phone. https://prophotosupply.com/blogs/resources/how-large-can-i-print-my-digital-image If there are additional questions, don't hesitate to call our labs phone (503-517-3639) and one of our lab staff members would love to help you out!
Hi John, We always encourage you to bring in any used gear and have our Used Department buyer take a look at it. He is quite knowledgeable and will be able to tell you if it's something he'd be interested in buying or putting on consigment here at the shop!
All staff and guests must wear a mask at all times. Masks are provided if necessary.
Just went there Saturday and they had an r5 and r6. I don't believe they have any for rental yet, but they said soon.
Yes we do, we have a used department that reviews each item that comes in and we work with you on what consignment method is best for you.
I guess you need to call the shop and see what they say.
Think that's a question worth calling about
If you mean laptops, yes. They don't sell produce.
That's something you will probably have to call the store directly
I know they usu have a nice assortment of used medium format Pentax lenses...not sure about new...give them a call
Beyond my knowledge give them a call , I must admit I am also a fan of shutter bug since I am technologically inept, Great group of really patient guys
No sporting good store handles high end binoculars
Yes we have physical gift cards in store and virtual gift cards that can be purchased online.
Yes, visit the lab, they will be able to help you.
We do! We have plenty of seamless and in offer it in different colors!
I think they should be able to help you out with your camera. They're very knowledgeable.
Definitely call first but these guys are great I love them helped me with several questions
They are a great resource for all camera info. They will sell your camera but they will take a cut of the sale but it takes all the hassle of you trying to sell it on your own
Any friends with similar CF cameras?..try your card in theirs to make sure your old card isnt fried... Try formatting with pc in card reader... then reformat inside Nikon. I had a similar problem once... pin in camera was bent...
Hi Fletcher! We don't stock something like that (might be able to special order it though), you might try Blue Moon? Even if we could special order it, it will probably be too late. Sorry!
You can try Pro Photo Supply. I have not tried selling camera items there, but have seen used equipment for sale there.
I'm not sure if they do in-house repairs on film. I know they don't on digital. Camera Solutions on Macadam does in-house repairs and may be able to. Worth giving them a call.
This would be a better question for the store, the community won't have this information, and the stock levels will change over time - these questions stay on the site.
