Pitman is great . It's best if you know exactly what you need, & where to find it, which means you should go hang out there a lite bit and explore BEFORE you need something. The staff can be pretty busy and they're used to a busy restaurant-crowd that knows exactly what they want. So they're not super attentive. But it IS a great spot to snag some basic smallwares and to shop for larger appliances.
