I've been a customer here for almost 7 years and now its time to write a good honest review. There are good businesses that endure the test of time and bad businesses that are a matter of time. Hong's Restaurant Equipment and Supplies is that good business. Ive been shopping here for over 7 years because they have almost everything you can imagine for restaurant supplies. Even if you cant find what your looking for, David will special order it for you. When you walk in, expect to be greeted and expect to see rows and rows of inventory. They have a tremendously huge selection of small supplies and large new equipment on display. In the recent months, I bought a two door freezer and 2 barback coolers and It didn't disappoint because of the good quality and fair price. They don't sell used equipment, just new with warranty and all included. Very happy with the purchase. They even swapped out the old equipment for recycling too! All I can say is that they stand behind their product and make sure your very satisfied with your transaction. Hong's Restaurant and Supplies is a true local small business that incorporates customer satisfaction with absolutely fair pricing. After all, good businesses have repeat customers.
