Just at least I've been turning into a novel, I was treated is treated shortly by the lady who answered the phone when I called about a product and she seemed skeptical that it even existed until she found it in her store. When I arrived That same lady which seemed to probably still annoyed with me having called her earlier didn't tell me that I needed a visitor's pass to shop there. I found that out from the checkout guy who was literally moving at half speed like I thought I was in the time warp everyone in the general area We're moving around like they were trapped in honey and had had a long night because no one was really even moving at a normal pace no 1 was really speaking with each other or communicating. And You can tell whenever one who's working there doesn't really want to be there because they treat you like that. Just be aware and be assertive and hopefully I have a better experience than I did.

Negative star if I can. A big store with a bad service, rude staffs from cashier to supervise. I’m really upset with the lady with short hair (I think she’s one of the supervisors) once and never want to go back, but sometimes I can’t go to Clackamas location, then I still have to. How great the staffs at Clackamas is, staffs at this location is completely opposite. So sad for the company, these people just ruin the business, they seriously need to completely change the service system. Everyone would have a tough day that can effect their behavior and that can be sympathized, but if every time I go there and they always have such a great bad behavior, that is something wrong. Are they not happy working here, then find another solution for themselves, don’t ruin other people day too.

It's a very sad situation that unless I want to drive to clackamas, this is the only store I can go to.. to get my meat for my food truck. The last year has been nothing but a roundabout of wrong prices, labels, and me myself having to run and get tags and prove that the price points that I'm finding are correct... EVEN when they're ringing up wrong. Normally it's fixed and we can move on. However last week when I went in the tags of course were wrong and so the prices were wrong, meaning that usually they adjusted and fix this. This time I was met with a really cocky attitude from the manager Angie. Normally she's pretty cool but this morning, not very nice at all. I get it we all have bad days, but it's not my fault your employees can't label their tags correctly. I can tell you if I mess up someone's food in my truck, I have to fix it. And to treat someone who comes in every single week so disrespectfully,??!!! Like I said ,the only reason I come there is because I have to.!!! You guys need some new management or some fresh blood in there because your folks you got in there right now, obviously hate their jobs and show it. It's also very apparent I'm not the only one who feels this way, especially after reading the reviews. Cost $0 to be polite y'all!
