Good service, store lights are not bright, looks dark inside and depressing. The store really STINKS, the smell is HORRIBLE as soon as you enter the store. DSW please change the carpet.

They have horrible bait and switch sales tactics. When you arrive with a coupon, you find out at the register that there is a list of dozens of brands that are excluded from promotions, and the free gift offered with the coupon is never available either. The list isn't on the actual coupon, it is in a large binder they keep at the register. The last time I went I could only find one shoe brand for sale that wasn't excluded from the coupon they send out. They truly waste everyone's time doing this.

I wanted to buy a pair of Michael Kors snickers. The pair was the only one left and the soles were dirty. Since they are expensive $154.99 and they showed signs of being used and tried for who knows how many people I asked for a discount and the store manager told me to my face that the the dirty soles were not, that it was normal. It looks like buying shoes at DSW includes paying brand new prices for used dirty shoes. Extremely disappointed. Horrible customer service.

Employees don't know much about their items. I asked if my boots were waterproof and they had no idea what they were. Not impressed and their prices are too high.
