Never in my life have I had such a good experience with a computer repair shop. The owner bent over backwards to help me in a crisis and I am very grateful. He's also knowledgeable, forthright and honest...I am taking my computer back. From now on I won't be messing around trying to find the help I need from places like Frys, The Windows store or Best buy "tech support". Don't waste your time either, just take your machine here, you'll be happy you did.
