Every time I order for pick up, the last 4 times. They did not have my order ready when i came to pick up at the time they said it would be done. Also they keep forgetting my side sauce. Very frustrating when you are trying to grab food for lunch when your at work. They've made me late and both syracuse locations are terrible with time management. Also never got a refund when they run out of pork and I didn't want anything else. Very inconvenient.

Nice concept, good healthy menu, can get busy. We have been there many times as a family. On recent visits the some of the crew have been less than cordial. Even when not busy, their impatience has been palpable and demeanor unhelpful. What really got to me was the tiny spoonful of grilled chicken they added in a large bowl. When I asked, they said it come with 2 oz. No way it was more than an ounce. I measure my food everyday and eat grilled chicken daily for last 9 yrs. I paid for extra and they measured another tiny tablespoonful and slapped it with some palpable disdain on my food. Then they explained how the small bowl only gets one Oz and large gets 2. Whatever. I know chicken has become expensive of late but I also paid $15 before tip for my bowl! This is a sad disappointing turn this place has taken. Hope the owners wake up or they will keep losing business. Train staff to be courteous and stop being stingy on the chicken. I will be going to Yo burrito or chipotle for now.

Second time coming here and I love it! The food is fresh and it is all super delicious. It's easy to order and CoreLife is very accommodating to people with allergies, food restrictions, etc. A bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. I'd say the fountain drink selection is trying to hard to be trendy... I highly recommend this place because it seems healthy enough.
