This one is hard to write. 10 years ago it was an easy 5 stars. Our server, Destiny, was super friendly and helpful. No complaints with her. The lasagna is still good. On its own, it stands up. But that's where 10 years ago comes into play. It was bigger and came with meat sides. It was served in a large dish, filled with sauce and cheese. I was a far slow and couldn't finish it. Now I'm healthy and was first to finish...even with a side of ordered meatballs. The prices have obviously come up due to Bidenomics, so the juxtaposition doesn't make sense. I'm guessing I'm not the only one who noticed. The place was almost empty on a Saturday. Our ticket was order 38 on the day. The wait for a table used to be bigger than that. I say all of this, not to hurt them but to wake up both the ownership and the patronage. They knew how to make great pasta dishes. Do it again...and for God's sake get a better Alfredo Sauce. I have a recipe that will steal the show if you want it.

I ordered through Uber Eats- driver was awesome, but I ordered the lasagna, that came with a side. I got Italian Wedding Soup... and that was unlike any Italian Wedding Soup I've ever seen. It was a vegetable noodle soup, no meatballs. Lasagna was meh. On the plus side, the bread and garlic butter was awesome.

The minute you walk in there is this pungent smell of an old mop. My daughter arrived 10 minutes before me and found her at the bar. No drink in hand. She told me the bartender told her he would be there in a minute, 10 minutes prior. We were seated and it took 10 minutes for our waiter to acknowledge we were there. Drinks took forever. There were only 2 other parties there! The bread was hard and cold, the salad was limp and doused in dressing. When the spinach dip arrived, I couldn't believe it. It looked like someone dumped cheese out of a jar and threw diced tomatoes on top. When I told the waiter is was not at all edible, he did nothing about it, nor apologize. The main meals came out, but they were nothing to rave about. I paid for the bill not looking at details. Should have. That spinach dip I did not touch was never taken off the bill! Seriously? There are too many good restaurants in Syracuse to ever go back or have a reason to go back to this place. Perhaps that is why the parking lot was empty when I arrived at peak dinner hour.

Have to admit this was my first time here. We were driving home from a weekend away and my husband really wanted pasta. When we arrived we were told it was a 30 min wait, but were seated much sooner than that. The service was prompt even though they were short staffed. Because it was a late dinner for us we chose to share the lasagna with two meatballs. It was delicious and so filling! The fresh bread and garlic butter were perfect and the tangy, slightly sweet Italian dressing was just what I wanted for my salad. Definitely worth a stop or a revisit if you haven't been in awhile.

Go down the little hill to the parking lot below. There's usually tons of parking spots. If not park on the top of that hill on the side of the road.
Bring your credit card..you wont have enough cash..
Definitely has the space, yes. Whether their kitchen can handle it, I do not know.
