This place either gets my order wrong and/or makes me wait 20-30 minutes every time I come here. If there are zero people in line ahead of me I still wait 20 minutes. Staff always seemed confused and behind, they don’t communicate well, and they’re clearly managed very poorly.

Online ordering really needs improvement. Ordered at 1209 for 1230 pickup. Got there at 1245, food not even started. Orders placed AFTER mine (per customers also waiting) received their orders before me. My order was not even started until 1255 when I asked where my order was... I pre-ordered for my 30 min lunch break for a reason.

Yes, mandatory face covering for all team members + guests. We have social distancing floor markers, contact-free, cashless payment and cashier shield. We also offer contact free delivery with a 'leave at door option + curbside ( select locations)
No, we serve meat at our locations. BUT, we have lots of vegan friendly options and plant proteins. Falafel, organic baked tofu and agave roasted sweet potatoes. Vegan dressings such as Thai Cashew, Miso Ginger and Scratch made Hummus.
It is not. It is the only item on the Core menu that is not gluten free.
They have a projected date of October end of November on the opening of the Dewitt location. So it should be very soon. I'd say thy'd most likely shoot to be open before Christmas to take advantage of the holiday rush season. Keep your eyes peeled!
Call in the AM before they open or right before they close that is the best time to reach them. The phone is normally in the office and they are either busy or they dont hear it ringing so catch them when they will more then likely to be in the office which is before they open or before they close
