Had breakfast there yesterday with family. The parking lot needs a lot of work. Pot holes every were. Not handy cap friendly. The waiting line was so long, we got soaked waiting in line. Needs a covering to stand under and also benches. Elderly people can't stand for that long of a wait. I thought that it was very unorganized and the food was cold. Frozen butter that could not melt. With a little effort, it can become a nice place. On the flip side, syrup was delicious.

I haven't been here in two years and in that amount of time there have been some vast improvements. I've never meet a nicer set of people who love what they do with maple syrup.

This is the best go to place around for a maple syrup and pancake meal! Located in a new maple shack and fabulous event space. Every detail is top notch. Be sure to walk the nice trails showing the tapped maple trees and educational signs.

The food was great, the upgrades made a huge difference, and the scenery is stunning! Far more family friendly and soooooooo much closer than Cartwrights. Go on the trail walk and remember your boots!

I bought syrup, but I did not have the pancake breakfast. In the building where they sell the syrup, their Covid practices were up to snuff. I was very comfortable with how they handled things.
Yes, they took my credit card. We were there around 1230 Sunday. $10 for pancakes, $12 w/sausage. Very good!
You can't bring your own pancakes for the kitchen to cook, but they do have buckwheat pancakes. I've gotten this question a LOT over the last 2 weekends (I've been running the register in the pancake house) but I have yet to get the chance to actually check the bag of buckwheat mix. Doing the research now, the brand is New Hope Mills, and the mix is a blend of buckwheat and plain flour. Going out on a limb to say that takes away the possibility of being gluten free. However, we are serving scrambled eggs and sausage patties as well. Hope that helps.
Unlimited pancakes is what they serve till they close. You can add on stuff like sausages. And you definitely should try out their little store they have maple cotton candy, Maple hot sauce, Maple BBQ, and a whole bunch of other stuff with Maple in them that taste amazing. And if you have kids like I do that gets a sugar high off the awesome maple syrup that serve with the pancakes then you can walk there Trails which is really nice and you can see all the little tubes from tree to tree collecting the maple. Really a nice place to go have breakfast and spend some time afterwards
