After another company fell through, I was able to secure an 18" trencher for a last-minute project. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the trencher itself was incredibly well kept and clean. Additionally, they were more budget-friendly than their competition. I'd recommend Altra to anybody.

I have bought and rented equipment from Altra for many years. But I had to lower my rating this time because they took too long to repair my chain saws. I was told “one week but ifrhey didn’t have parts in stock up to two weeks. I called over two weeks later and was basically told we will call you with an estimate so don’t call back. I dropped in the next week to find the saw ready. They claimed to have called me but nothing on my iPhone.

The staff is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Go there for your equipment needs and you won't be disappointed.
