Both the family practice AND the urgent care at this location are amazing. I can be a bit of a tough patient but they’re extremely patient and understanding. There have been issues that weren’t their fault at all, but they handled my concerns wonderfully. I highly recommend this location and Penn State overall to anyone that asks!!

Wish I could give this family practice a Zero! I followed my NP from Tower Health. This office is totally unprofessional and the staff turn over is ridiculous. Ended up treating my NP horribly that she left. PENN STATE OFFICE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND HIGHER UP! Are you all seeing the neglect on your part?!? Please get your unprofessional and uneducated staff in line please. Are you that neglectful of a humans that you don't see a problem in this office?? You are loosing qualified, educated and caring staff! Time to reevaluate your office here. I will never return !!

Dr sharon obrien is wonderful! Very attentive. She listened to all my concerns and then went through each one. Receptionst and nurses were all friendly. Got my labs done right down the hall in the urgent care. So convenient!
