Hello I saw you have a free trial night and I’d like to attend. I’ve never practice BJJ before but I’ve always wanted to learn since I’m a young boy. I’d really like a chance to come see the gym and meet the instructors.

Sure, we have classes Monday-Thursday 6:30pm to 8:00pm. It is a friendly environment for every level. Great instructors. It's a great workout! Just bring a pair of shorts and a t-shirt, no gi needed (at least at the beginning) Stop by any time , ask for Nick or Ricky. Hope to see you there.

New students can take advantage of a free trial class. Open mats are free to all. There's a monthly fee for classes or you can pay a drop-in rate for classes.
