Paid $65 for a half up half down hairstyle to be a bridesmaid in a wedding. Maybe it is because my hair is so thick but I had to go home and add more hairspray because my hair does not like to curl. I was able to run though finger in it at the end of the night. By the time the wedding started in 2-3 hours some of my hair looked straight with no curls. I was able to run my fingers through my hair perfectly fine at night like no hair spray was ever used and I know they used hairspray at appointment.

I have never really enjoyed the idea of coloring my hair or the process of doing it. I am really sensitive to bleach and have had a bad experience w/ a "friend" doing it wrong in the past. Sam makes it a great experience. She is very knowledgeable in how it works and why. My task was to turn my natural ashy, dirty blonde hair into a natural looking silver/gray. I understand how hard coloring hair silver/gray to get it not only the right color but even all around is, so it definitely has its challenges and can be a difficult ask. To avoid making my scalp irritated, we did it in two sittings of lightening, then toning. The result was fantastic. It looked extremely natural and exactly what I desired. if you need a difficult or funky color done, highly suggest going to Sam :D fantastic experience.

Hopefully people read these reviews before going to this salon!. I went a couple weeks ago for a simple haircut.. and left with my hair completely chopped!. The stylist showed no remorse. The manager of the salon offered to fix my hair but for her to allow the stylist that cut my hair to represent her salon? I did not accept her offer.. Nobody, including her is to ever touch my hair again. She did however offer me a full refund. On their website they also mention haircuts are $18. If you have long hair be prepared to pay more!. But as you see by my pics that I've included in this review, it would be in your best interest to stay FAR away from this salon. They don't know what they're doing. Now I have the pleasure of waiting months until my hair grows itself out to where I can fix it to my liking.. I did end up getting my refund, however the manager had NO interest in seeing the mistakes that were made. While she processed my return I had to ask if she wanted to see WHY I asked for a return and all I got was "oh sure".. took a quick look, said yeah I see the issue and finished processing the return. I am very grateful that I was able to get all of my money back but I really hope my review can help people not make the same mistake that I did

Went there today! I forgot the name of the person who cut mine and my brothers hair, but they were very kind and we were able to talk about hair and stuff like that pretty easily. The cut was a little shorter than I wanted but hair will grow and it was probably my fault anyway. Would definitely recommend, for an $18 haircut it was totally worth it!
