I actually came here just to write this review. I have been dealing with Ann Marie since day one and every time she has been very responsive really cares about your needs. She is a great manager, but I have talked to the other lady. I will come back and updated her name. Cant remember if it's a Julie or Christine, but she was very rude. How the unit is your property, we are the residents renting and i call you to help us with machines that are not working and you tell me the machines arent yours, i have to call the company. This is very inconvenient. We are renting from you! You make the call to the company and get things fixed. I only gave 3 starts because Ann Marie is awesome, but jeez! I am not renting again next year. I also found mice in my apartment and have gone through hell to get them under control. Ann Marie was very responsive and helpful about this chaos. But one of the maintenance guy came over and told me, oh you only get for what you pay!. Even if i paid 30 dollars a month, i still should get a safe and go to live. Get the machines changed or fixed. Stop making residents take every initiative.

I lived in this complex for almost 9 years. The maintenance staff and landlords were very helpful and responsive. They strived to keep units updated, and to keep the complex safe. I was fortunate to be in a quieter building during my last 5 years there, and met some nice neighbors in other buildings as well. Can’t beat the location, close to everything...and the rent is reasonable for what you get...a fresh and clean unit, laundry in each building, just 4 units per building, heat and hot water included, and a sensible unit layout that was cozy yet practical and didn’t feel dated. I was content and comfortable there and chose to stay even when my work moved to Henrietta. Only left because I bought a house.

Hey, it was a cold day in April with My brother Ken Odell, Hell I just enjoyed the day with my little brother Ken Odell I really didn't care if I rented there or not, for we had to stop at 4 or 5 other spots. With him it was a pleasure to seek out different domiciles, for that what's you do you never buy the 1st of, it's called testing the real estate market of, the best price of, fact! I'll be making the Ring-ah-ding-ding "Ken", real soon at the proper time of our pleasure, otherwise, these Lanas haven't learned the rule of respect, hey guys we are your bread & butter tenants that is. Ken, these people as such, are "Russians down the road, with blinders on of left & right, like a horse wears. Just like you told him as per telephone call of wasting your time today, Hey Rich Lana & Jeremy, it's not a Life a Death situation of, your the most unprofessional, self-centered, no polish or style as true man should have, for which I do at 72 years of age as well as Ken. So "Rochester Town" that's what is going on now, so kool it. More to come, for which I hope not, of an on "Going Story of Not" that's the Never Ending Story, so the rest of you with different agendas, but the "HELL OUT!!!!"😎 SINCERELY I REMAIN. R.H.Odell

The apartment was very nice and reasonable when we were trying to move in, but when we moved in the place was a mess. it looked like they didnt even clean it for us, paint chips everywhere, all the drains were clogged, mold on the windows, broken appliances, etc. whenever we complained they would just blow it off, like the mold on the window just looks like mold, but its not really so they wont do anything about it. Theres only a few spots that my building has access to for parking, so numerous times ive had to park in a different lot because theres nothing near my building. when I complained management basically told me to deal with it because all the other spots were taken by tenants of buildings next to mine. I never had any issues with the old management, but the person who took over doesnt care about the tenants at all. This place is a joke.
