Senior year for our undergrad was spent off-campus, living here at East Avenue Apartments. It has been a joy to see our student excel in a safe environment, able to complete senior projects from home because of good internet connectivity, able to walk to the grocery store. I was helping a friend move in the apartment the place is very nice...
