The property manager Pam is excellent! The location is convenient and facilities are updated. Maintenance requests are always resolved quickly. They especially do a great job with the snow removal. It’s a great place to call home!

Maintenance requests are often overlooked-- if you want anything to get done you have to ask a second or third time (hopefully it actually gets done). These are supposed to be luxury apartments and townhomes, but there are cracks in the walls, the cabinet coverings peel, the paint job was done poorly, and the blinds are cheap ones that bend easily. There is poor insulation, especially near the doors and windows. The management is poor with minimal closed loop communication. For example, we have dogs - management and maintenance knows this. However, they continued to send maintenance to our unit unannounced while we were not home (again, only after asking a second or third time - waiting 1 to 2 weeks between contacts - for the request to be completed after having been assured someone would come to address the issue), then informed us they could not complete the request because the dogs were not put away. To top it off, the maintenance guy is afraid of dogs - nothing against that, but you would think scheduling a time to come would make the most sense if that is the case. This issue happened multiple times and only wasted their time and ours. We even had a package stolen and asked if management had access to the security cameras in the parking lot so we could see if it was stolen. Once again no follow up on the issue (even after promising to see if access to the security cameras was possible) so we had to resolve it with the package sender. We understand the property is not responsible for stolen items, but actually following up to help after promising to do so would have been appreciated. As paying tenants we shouldn't have to follow up on a maintenance request a second, third, or fourth time just to get the work done -- the request should be recognized and completed in a timely manner without multiple requests for the same issue to be addressed. Communication and organization is pretty poor here. It can't be that hard to manage simple requests by tenants, but they do not seem to have a system in place if requests just get brushed under the rug so easily.

We just moved in last week and can't say enough the great experience we have had. Because we were out of state, Britanny and Carol have helped and sent videos/photos to facilitate the decision making. They followed up concerns and issues, showed much detailed manner. Great staff and management. The location is very beautiful. Genesee trail right outside the apartment. The views are amazing. Very close to downtown and Strong hospital. The staff is very helpful and always welcoming. The maintenance requests are quickly looked and they start working on it right away. Very clean corridors and covered parking option. I love this place.
