Wow. I am so very annoyed and disappointed in this location (which used to be my go to spot for any Lab test!) They "reconstructed" themselves to be very impersonal and they now offer zero customer service. The welcome desk is replaced by a kiosk. There is very limited parking around this location, so beware. Angela, my favorite lab tech, is no longer there. In her place are people who do not know how to do their job and i was jabbed painfully & unsuccessfully totally wasting my time. When I called the customer service number the woman who answered could have cared less about this situation. Even the follow up survey after this frustrating phone call did not work properly. I guess quest has plenty other patients/customers to annoy before they will start to look at their satisfaction #s. I will have my blood drawn elsewhere from here on out. Thanks quest! Where can I send my bill to you for my wasted time this morning?

Very poor customer service. Freida was a tad sassy when I told her I forgot my face mask, and I asked her for one. She told me that I would need to reschedule or hold a paper towel over my face. I said I would hold a paper towel over my face because I couldn't reschedule. Then she brought me a face mask. I guess she was trying to test me🤷‍♀️ Parking is terrible Other then that it was a great experience. No wait for my appointment and e Freida did a great job with the blood work.
