Lived here in 2020. Great staff and decent apartments. Got deposit back in full. Only complaint is that the gym was closed entirely due to covid (no reservation system like other apartment gyms)

The environment is decent and clean. Facility is among the top apartment near RIT. The staff are extremely friendly, patient, and efficient. Manger Eric is always helpful in taking care of renter's demands. Courtney is very thoughtful when I have the urgent incident. Maintaining staff here is responsible and helpful. Honestly, I love this community due to the fact that even small details these staff does care. I think this is the best community I have ever living. Thanks so much!

No stars. When Morgan Management bought Rivers Run they cut services for elderly residents with minimal notice during the holiday season. Now that we've vacated the property they haven't returned the security deposit and it's been more than 60 days. Phone calls go unanswered with no response. Crooks.

Yes, there are many RIT students. The Greenwood Cove and The Hill offices have a bus schedule. The bus starts at 7:20 in the morning and ends at 6:20 in the afternoon. The bus arrives at The Hill and Gleason Circle, not Greenwood Cove.
