Been a great store to shop for years. they have great selections. But this time around with after about 5 minutes of browsing all the sudden there is a bag check policy when people who entered the store before us didn’t have to check bags at all.

wow!!!! Beautiful store. Beautifully decorated store and very friendly vibes from staff… the girl with brown hair and blonde streaks helped me, she was knowledgeable and friendly, I left the store in a better mood than I was in when I walked in! Thanks guys. Valentina x

been in the store a few times and it was okay, but this past weekend i was met with a discriminatory bag policy. i was already in the store for a few minutes and passed an employee, when i was stopped and told that i needed to put my bag to the front. it was weird because the other times i had been in, this wasn’t the policy. i also passed another employee when i walked in and they didn’t say anything, so clearly this policy isn’t consistent and based on an arbitrary opinion from an employee (especially since the person i was with didn’t have to put their bag in the front). to add to this, they put my bag on the floor with no one really around paying attention to it. this gave me a bad taste in my mouth and seems weird for a store that’s trying to sell $200+ jeans to treat their customers like this. if this is truly their policy, the store should be far more consistent (check the other reviews for people also saying they were singled out), as well as having a dedicated space/system for bag storage (such as the thrift stores that have a bag check area).
