I picked up an on-line order. The order was ready as indicated; however, when you got to my work location, items were missing: (1) shredded cheese, (2) sour cream sides, and light tortilla chips. Also, the steak bowl I ordered was very sparse. I’m embarrassed for Qdoba, Whitestown, for this poor order. For my $30 order, I would not order or go here again. The person who directed me to my to-go order inside acted like it was a bother, no smile, and not very friendly. Next time, I’ll go with Brownsburg’s location. 😡

This location is always shown as open online and store hours on the door yet it is not open. Numerous times this has happened now. Put a sign up and tell ppl the random hours this location apparently has!!! I just went back to try again and this time the online orders were not printing so had a line of upset customers waiting for their food and then they ran out of ALL CHICKEN, STEAK AND PEPPERS. Someone needs to check this branch out!!

Ordered $200+ hours before open to ensure food was ready for lunch to feed 20 people. Got to the store to pick up and was notified they were not able to get the food and they were opening three hours late. Wow! No communication from them, I had to do it all. First and only visit to this location. Won’t return ever. Hopefully they refund my online purchase.

It might have been nice 2 years ago but it was not a good experience today. The guy taking orders and making the food was very rude and condescending to the point you did not want to ask for anything. The restrooms are nice but no one cares to clean them. The trash in the lobby was over flowing and tables are not clean.

Burrito spillage isnt about the people preparing it, but needing to appease the customer. To much filling and the burritos bust or spill out. To little filling and the customer complains. You can ask for them to weigh out and prepare the meals per the company requirement... doing so will give you proper portioning and also good quality looking food.
