Left my information to be contacted and was contacted pretty quick so I was feeling good about being helped. I was asked to go into the office to fill out paperwork prior to my appointment. Upon my arrival they informed me that they would need to reschedule my appointment because Erika would not be I the next day for my tele-appointment. Ok reschedule. Day before my appointment I get a message and respond Yes to confirm was then contacted by assume Erika asking to confirm again which I confirm for my 9:00 am appointment and was told she would call me the next day at 9:15. I received a text that morning that she has food poisoning and would contact me again once feeling better. That was a week ago haven’t heard one thing from her or her office. Guess they do not truly offer help.

Ive been trying to reach out to this office several times because my therapist told me she will work for this office but every time i call there is a machine saying that they are in the other line or other msg saying that they cant answer right now...this is kind of.ridiculous...

Absolutely atrocious customer service. My son needs counseling and the therapist didn't show to his scheduled video appointment, didn't call and the office never called either. No apology and I have left 7 messages to get him rescheduled. They NEVER answer their phone. Complained to my insurance company now. Hope they lose their contracts. RUN from this place if you are seeking help. That type of attitude doesn't make you feel like you can get any real help.

Every time I had an appointment, they would give an excuse as to why it was rescheduled, a couple times I could understand, but every week? Also, my employer requested medical documents for my short term disability leave to be approved and this provider denied the information, which resulted in my leave to be denied. As for the nurse practitioners, they are curtly, incompetent and extremely unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.
