For whatever reasons I cannot get them to help me. I am so frustrated at this point after completing requested medical tests and now they are ghosting me. Now I must seek relief for my situation elsewhere unfortunately.

These people will waste your time then tell you, “Either wait a few hours here or wait six months to get help somewhere else”. This is a quote from Kristin the manager, the only person in the practice that you can speak with, herself. It’s disappointing that individuals who work in mental health see fit to speak down to patients and treat them poorly when they’re in distress. (Yes. I absolutely cursed her out after she continued to speak to me like a child, sigh and groan and say, “Oh, God.” I also promised her this review.) Better help is out there. I encourage anyone to keep searching. This is not the place! Trust the reviews.

Dr Yemi is so kind and caring, her office staff is so nice and efficient definitely one of the better psych doctors I’ve been too

Terrible service from start to finish. I’d give zero stars if I could. Front desk is incompetent and does not care about your medical care. The Dr was not much better. Barely available, and when she does meet with you, she reads off a script. The same questions every time, regardless of their relevance to your situation. No interest in finding out anything beyond that, because, as she’s happy to point out, she has a very large patient load, and can’t be bothered with anything but the bare minimum. Also they’ll mess up your meds and make it extremely difficult to fix. Go literally anywhere else for care. I mean it.
