I took a picture of a stack what I wanted and said my sides needed to stay longer. It was 1st cut to one length and dried to look like a mushroom, she then went back in and cut dry w think w shears, it didn’t need thinned it needed cut, she cut more so what I ended up with is a short layered cut and sides just as short as the back! If your not comfortable doing a cut just say lots of us would appreciate that over getting something we didn’t want. I would not recommend Whitestown Ulta for a hair services.

I've always had a good experience at this store. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the store itself is well-stocked. When ordering online for store pickup, I'm almost always in-and-out in less than 2 minutes which is perfect for my busy schedule. They have a wide range of products in-store, which is nice when I want to try something new because I can see what it looks like and test it out if I want to try it, instead of having to order online, wait for it to arrive, and hope I like it. Easily accessible location, friendly staff, and it's reliable: the store actually carries the items that the site claims are in stock in that store (which is uncommon in my experience with other companies).

I did not appreciate how the store did not know how to match my skin with any products they seemed to struggle I am a Carmel complexion black woman and I ended up with almost $200 worth of product that does not match my skin color I must say that it was a predominantly white neighborhood but still it should not matter I WILL BE RETURNING EVERYTHING TOMORROW AND GOING TO SEPHORA also I explained being in my late 40's and never wearing make I trusted that they knew what product to get I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN ULTA!!!
