Terrible option! Staff was ok initially, but once we checked in and got to our room, it was downhill from there. Room was filled with smoke smell, neighbors we super loud (yelling/swearing/puking/thumping around). We told the staff our concerns and they offered us a can of febreeze. We tried to make it work one more time, but there was no way we were going to get any sleep. We chose to check out and leave. I asked for a refund and they indicated they could not do one without the manager's approval, so I was encouraged to call back Monday. Funny thing is the whole time we were trying to get our concerns addressed, she kept referring herself as the manager until it was time for a refund. I’ve been calling all day asking for the manager and keep getting told she’s not in and will be in at a certain time. By the time we were leaving the police were there. Never. Again.

Didn't even get to stay, because we are truckers, we got in late last night after a major break down been in b the heat all day just want a shower and bed for the night which company was going to reimburse us for. I called reserved a room tried to get a shuttle tried to ask about other things and the guy hung up on me 4 times I get you have bad days. But the type of service I had tonight canceled the reservation after the bad experience and I will never use this hotel chain again

Positive: Pool was nice Negative: This hotel DOES NOT have airport accommodations. We filtered our search and booked specifically because it showed this hotel offered airport services! When we arrived and planned to arrange transportation, we were told we'd have to plan our own ride.

The front desk staff agree very nice and inviting. We were even running late to checkout and we called these lady was so nice and understanding. The deposit is a little but expensive however it's understandable these days. The rooms are very clean. The only negative thing I have about this hotel specifically is the cleaning crew is extremely rude. They also don't always knock before they walk in a room. Yes that happened to us. And they don't care if you hear them talking about you or other guests/rooms.
