The young man that rang up my giftcard purchase today needs to learn customer service; tone, demeanor…. Pizza Hut used to be a great brand, a great place we used to go to back in the day; sadly, those days are gone…stay away, this place was filthy, staffed by rude, dirty, unprofessional people. Coincidentally, graduation is right around the corner and we were planning on ordering pizza’s for the kids; those plans have changed.

Ordered for delivery and never got Any updates on the tracker. When it got here there was items missing and when I tried to call the store I couldn’t speak to anyone by trying to call 5 times. I normally love Pizza Hut but this was a bad experience

It's your local Pizza Hut that serves the Notre Dame students and area. Delivery only. BUT if you pick up you can't avoid seeing how dirty and unkempt the store is. I was taken aback as I observed the staff with dirty fingernails and entering the store from there vehicle and not washing their hands. Hopefully the owner will read this review and get his location cleaned up. Hopefully the students stay safe and visit this location before ordering. Pizza Hut can do better.

It took over 2 hours for my food to get here, and when it did everything was cold. I tried calling the store multiple times to cancel the order but every time I pressed 2 to talk to someone it hung up. I finally pressed 1 to "place an order" and the woman tried to transfer me multiple times but again no one would answer, so she told me to call back in 5 or 10 minutes. The only positive about the whole thing was the delivery driver was super nice and patient, he deserves a raise.
