Passport clerk rude and has extremely poor customer service skills. For the amount of money one must pay to obtain passport books the least you can do is provide a healthy and helpful experience!!! She needs a break! I asked to speak with a superior or the post master and was denied.

It's always something with this post office. First it was packages marked delivered to my mailbox when they weren't. At one point several people's packages were all put in the same parcel locker. Now, I have a parcel locker key that doesn't work, and no one answers the phone. We've only been here 4 months and I've had more issues with the Camp Hill post office than I have in all my years living in other locations.

Is this possibly a business address? Addresses that are marked as businesses do not receive the guide. If not, talk to your regular mail carrier or local post office and they may be able to figure out why you are not receiving a guide.
They dont take the photos. You have to get the photo and take them the rest of your application
I believe you can renew by mail. In any case, use the Protonotary in Harrisburg. Lemoyne does not do passport services, and the camp hill one takes 30 min of being on hold to get an appointment 6 weeks out. Protonotary is a walk in visit with little to no wait.
