Here for our first night of two nights service was excellent pool was excellent there's also a huge hot tub in the pool area as well which was also excellent but obviously I didn't take pics of them cause I was swimming then soaking in hot tub. My son also loved the pool but favored the warm jacuzzi tub we have in our room which was very clean an very relaxing I'll definitely be coming back here

Positive: Queen size beds available Negative: Not much to choose from at breakfast, some guests even left and went to McDonald's. Eggs/Sausage were still frozen and had to be microwaved. No milk for cereal. Donuts were hard. Pancake machine would not work.

The property is in terrible disrepair. I had a suite that was anything but!! Baseboards falling off all around the room! Shower curtain rod barely hanging on! There was some sort of cooking going on on the 3rd floor smelled horrible! It said they have breakfast but there is no breakfast!! This is a glorified dumpy motel atmosphere!! If I could give 0 stars it would be too much!!

This place is unacceptable at any standards. $160 for a night......moldy ceiling tiles, missing tiles, smoke alarms hanging, counter tops on floor, entry way covered in ice, ironing board had no cover, pillows yellow and dingy. Mattress was yellow and dingy, smelled throughout the hotel. Out dated and no one should come here. This isn't a bargain hotel, this is terrible. I don't know much about the service, we did not stay the night. We booked a room at the four wins because the baymont was gross. I strongly suggest that this place be closed down until the clean it up and update it. So disappointing! As I'm writing this review, I notices a huge stain on the box mattress cover......so gross! Never again
