Played a round today. While the course was cart path only(a ton of rain last night) it was still manageable. Greens are in great shape and rolling nice. Pam and Rick are always the best and you can’t beat the food in Angie’s. A hidden must play gem!

I don’t live in the community, but it looks like a nice place to call home. I’m considering it when I retire. I played The golf course twice this week and it is in great shape. It is a challenging short course, but can be difficult. Greens are also awesome shape. The golf pro guy, said he was from Las Vegas, is the best!!! Thanks for the FUN!!!

We lived here for almost 6 years and we thought this was our forever home ... unfortunately 2 years we saw a decline in rules (management does not enforce) ... children living there ... young adults moving in ... and it just didn't feel like a safe community to live in any more. We decided to move out and, honestly, it was a good decision for us. Please ask lots of questions of residents who live there before purchasing. I will say we have made lots of friends there and there are lots of wonderful people living there.

how much is the lot rent ( about the average) and how much are homes going for...again about the average
way too much....they just changed their golf fee structure. my wife and I paid $1,950 for a 6 month couple membership.....this winter we will have to pay over $5,000 to golf the same amount as we did pre pandemic

In most communities there are going to be breed and possibly size/weight restrictions. The Hamptons is a SUN community and as such I would recommend contacting the management office and asking them directly. There are many pets (fur children) there already. Hope that helps some.
