For an 18 hole executive type course, this course is amazing. You will not find better greens and the fairways are typically very nice. A number of par fours on each side and just a pleasure to play. I am an eight handicapper and I'll take this over many of the other courses in the area. Plus the price is very nice!

Rent is set up by the home owner, and they are not going to make lot rent payment based on the house but by the lot rent and home value.
Stayed there last year for a week. Never saw a hog but did see a small gator.🐊
