We went there today to bring our pug her first ever pupachinno for her first birthday :) she loved it! We loved the fact it did not cost anything and the girl at the counter was super nice :)

We waited 20 minutes for them to give us the wrong order and a burnt sandwich. Don’t recommend.

Dear Dunkin..... I hate to be the one who explains this but on your receipt and website a power breakfast sandwich when asked with no bread gets 2 veggie egg white patties. Why does your staff not do this? If you would correct this it would be greatly appreciated.

Brockport DD is the slowest establishment. No matter what day/time you go expect to wait in the drive thru for a period of 7-10 min. 2day 2nd in line at the drive thru &15 min. to get 2 cups of coffee. WHY DOES MY HUSBAND INSIST ON DD! TIM HORTON!

I completely agree! Many times they don't even have the basic donuts you order. Always out of stuff! Personally I prefer to drive over Tim Horton's but my husband enjoys the tortures of DD.

I have only ever used the drive through, but I have observed guest and staff using 😷.

When you give the cashier at the drive thru window 25 cents and you owned 21 cents how much should you get back? Because I got zero and why is it taking 20 minutes to get through a drive thru with zero people ahead of me?
