Walked in to have breakfast while our car is being serviced across the street. No one acknowledged us for the first 15 minutes until we finally asked if we could be waited on. They told us to go up to the counter to order. We ordered our drinks-they didn’t have what we wanted. The young girl with dark hair, maybe the owners daughter who is always there was rude as usual. We finally ordered our food and then waited over an hour for two breakfast sandwiches. She practically threw our food at us. Didn’t ask if we wanted anything else, water, condiments or another drink. We didn’t even get silverware. It’s too bad that we will never return because the place is actually very nice inside. No apologies from anyone just paid our bill and she threw our receipt at us

On Sunday they close at 2pm. We arrived at 1:33pm and were promptly seated. They continued to allow people in to order food until 2pm. What a TEAM. Food was delicious. Plan on returning when we can.

Just didn't feel like cookin' tonight and we had a gift certificate so we decided to eat out. As usual it was crowded, and the servers were really busy. The cashier served our drinks to help out. Our waitress was terrific, she was right on top of everything, and had a wonderful personality. I ordered potato skins, and there were only 4, I thought maybe 6. The bacon was over cooked and hard, but I did enjoy them. My husband decided on a bowl of seafood bisque (I think), and it was very tasty, but not hot enough. His egg and olive sandwich was good. He ordered it with lettuce and tomato. A few thin tomatoes that had no taste were an additional 50 cents. All in all, we would go back again, and ask for the soup to be hotter, and not ask for tomatoes on a sandwich!

We always try to find family diners on our day trips. This one is well worth the stop on our way to Hamlin Beach. Food was delicious and generous portions. Server was excellent. Very clean even bathroom was spotless. Thankyou Millhouse you will see us again for sure.
