I have never had an issue with the Brockport location. Place my order online & by the time I get there after placing said order, it's usually done. Longest I've had to wait is an extra 5 minutes. Only thing that sucks are the cheesy bread prices 😂 but they're worth it.

Quick service. Great food. Lots of good deals and of course a chocolate lava cake to get excited for.

I ordered a chicken Parm sub and a pizza from dominos. The sub was acceptable however I didn't like the pizza. The sauce on it just didn't taste good honestly, I'm not sure what sauce they use but there are better pizza options. I ate about half of the pizza and am debating throwing out the other half, I usually never throw out food, but it's most likely going in the garbage.

My husband travels 90% of the year and he is a domino's pizza and wings LOVER. The man can eat pizza 3-5 times a week. I place online orders from Texas to where ever he is job takes him. It's not often I come across rude representative that answer the phone and 30 seconds in JUST HANG UP ON YOU (ASHLEY TO BE EXACT) I'm southerner and I'm kind, considerate and we'll mannered. And it take a lot to upset me. But, my BIGGEST PET-PEV IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. with this being said, I called back a 3rd time and asked for the manager. Whom was EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND PLEASED TO FIX THE ISSUE. Best believe if I call and get ASHLEY I will request for another representative. I know that at times we can all be having problems in our lives. But, leave your problems at home or call in and if you don't like your job. Then find another occupation. Don't let Domino's pizza business suffer for your actions. *SHOUT OUT TO THAT GREAT MANAGER. YOU ROCK!!!
