How do you run out of chicken in a small town like brockport tells us because of a dinner rush lol please... college kids left 2 weeks ago now but Henrietta doesn't have these problems manager needs to find a new job.

There weren't many things on the menu that I could have because I have celiac disease, but the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I don't know why I submit myself to such punishment. I always say I'll never go back there. Yet somehow my brain tricks me in to thinking that maybe it'll be better this time. First we decided to eat there inside. The tables were all dirty. My wife ordered the pot pie and that came out barely half full and the crust was hanging way off of one side. I can't believe they serve it to you looking that pathetic. I forgot to take a picture of that for the review. The chicken breasts I had were ok at best. "Extra crispy" is actually extra greasy and had no flavor. We ordered 2 large sides of coleslaw to take home. They came in a separate bag cuz we ordered those to go. I figured how could they have screwed that up. Much to my surprise when I took them out of the bag to toss in the fridge, those were only half full as well. I added a photo of that. Is this what I paid almost $5.00 for?? Never again will I visit the brockport store. I'd also like to add that we frequently visit the Albion location. We have never had a bad experience there. I should've drove the extra ten minutes to go there.
