Michael's is well stock, clean, with helpful staff. I like shopping there when I have coupons and such because it is not a bargain store. They are cheaper than Joanne Fabrics and hobby lobby however. I would like to take a class there sometime but I find mostly textile projects that do not interest me. I'd like to see wire wrapping, macrame mixed media.

Despite shipping and supply chain issues, the store has done a wonderful job keeping shelves stocked with alternative items.

The lines you guys have are insane. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes for my three items. And then the cashier took another 10 to scan everything and give my their pitches. I just wanted to get in and out quick. The useless pitches that none of the customers ever care about are really holding up the lines. And the fact that it seems like you have 3 employees at most in the store at any given time.
