Got my business cards made there. One cheap card stock to choose from. Cards came out cheap and shotty. Went back to get something printed. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. Had very limited software and options to offer. Had to walk out and go to another place. I don't know alot about this but I think they knew less.

I print a lot for school and work, and Ive noticed she goes the extra mile to help her customers by providing incredible and streamlined services! She is truly a kind and helpful soul, and Staples is now the only place I will go to get printing done because of her! She will always have my highest recommendation

The lady working in the printing services area was unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. She enjoyed seeing me struggle with one of the scanners and didn't say anything until i asked for help when she then let me know that the machine was broke. Her tone was very rude and proceeded with the same attitude with 2 other gentelmen who came in after me. For some reason, she was a lot nicer to few others. Wonder why id didn't get the same level of service.🤔 @staples, goslin rd newington. Please ensure to hire real CSRs who truly care about customers and treat them all the same.

Spent 40 minutes and the print and copy section dealing with their machines continuously rebooting and failing to work as designed. Requested assistance from two separate employees and received zero help over that 45 minutes. Though other customers who continue to walk in receive assistance. Eventually ran out patience and just walked out of the store quietly will try to go to another location to complete my transaction. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere I've ever shopped for anything.
