Worst customer care i have ever experienced. I bought a tv and it was delivered damaged. Called customer care and they bounced me around for 3 hours until a manager hung up on me mid conversation. I went into the store to set up a new delivery date and they came an hour early when i was not home so they couldn't deliver the new TV. I called dispatch later that day and they said delivery will occur the following day. Called back the next day to confirm the time and they said they didnt have one scheduled. Now back to square one. This company is a joke and i do not recommend getting anything from them.

I brought my IPad in because, after recording the music for our virtual church services for nine months due to Covid, I was suddenly having trouble taking the videos. “Settings” was telling me that I did not have enough storage left, even though it wasn’t full, and no one could figure out why. John made no eye contact with me as he listened to me describe the issue. Although I had an appointment for service, he continually interrupted working on my IPad to answer questions from other squad members. He didn’t excuse himself to address the other people, and texted on his cell phone numerous times during our so-called consultation. He couldn’t find the source of the problem, and, as his final analysis, he said, “There’s something gummed up in there,” as he handed my IPad back to me. Really??

So I will preface this by saying , I should have gone to an apple store. However, seeing as the nearest apple store was nearly 45 minutes away , I settled for geek squad. I went to take my iPhone 7 for repair on July 11th. I was quoted that it would take approximately 5-7 days for my phone to be repaired. On the 9th day , I was directed by the calling service to go into the store as they could only provide me information which I already knew. I went into the store and spoke to a representative. After 20 minutes of searching, the representative told me that apple had refused to repair my phone. When I asked why then had I not been informed , as I have been very patient, the employee had no answer for me. So here I am day 10, phoneless and a sour taste in my mouth. I was told that either today or Monday , I will have my phone, at the rate of customer service provided by geek squad , I am not holding my breath.
