I went in to this Macy's on 5/13 looking for a blazer. I went up to the counter asking to be measured for one, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and instead of helping me distinguish or help me find a size she took it upon herself to give me an eye roll because I was unable to distinguish the difference between a suit jacket or blazer. I went looking for help to make a purchase but it became clear there was no intention of helping the customer at this store, a real lack of customer service. I will be smarter next time and go elsewhere and I would advise the same if you are looking for any assistance for your purchase.

The Women's clothing and cosmetics is in one store entrance area of the mall, and the Mens/kids/bedding is separate towards the north a short walk away. So park based on what you need. It's well stocked in dresses and suits, swimwear, some mid-range shoes. I didn't see a Women's Plus Size area, but maybe I missed it. Alot of the mall shops are closed and sitting empty, and the parking lot was mostly empty. It generally felt safe and okay to be there.

I was one of very few customers in the store. I had an online return that I needed help with. There was only 1 guy at the register. Eric was his name & you'd thought I asked him for the world. So rude, huffing & puffing like I had ruined his day because I didn't go to the right department. Eric needs some serious people skills! :(
