We called a few companies and Sears was the only one we got a live person without having to leave a message. We were able to schedule an appt for the next day. We were kept up to date on estimated arrival and the repair guys called and advised an exact time they'd arrive and they were on time. Our initial appt window was 1p-5p and they were here around 2pm. They quickly diagnosed the issue (compressor which we already suspected was the issue), quoted the price and advised they could fix on the spot. Quote was high as compressor was under warranty but service still cost $675 with additional "required but not failed so not needed" parts. But that's on Sears and their policy. The service itself was prompt, reliable and quick. The workers were polite, clean and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

We are extremely disappointed with this company. We had someone come out to “repair” our GE refrigerator that wasn’t cooling properly. After several minutes of the repairman literally just looking at the refrigerator we were told that the motherboard needed to be replaced. We agreed to the expensive repair and the motherboard arrived in the mail within a week. It took over a month to actually have someone come out to install the motherboard, which took under 5 minutes to do. The new motherboard did nothing. After having someone come out again, no diagnostic measures were once again done and we could not get an answer out of the repairman regarding what was actually wrong with our refrigerator. We asked for our money back and ended up buying a new refrigerator. We should also mention that scheduling with the company was a nightmare. The time range that was given to us was not when the repairman actually arrived and there were no phone calls or texts giving us a heads up prior to arrival. Super frustrating experience and a huge waste of our time and convenience.
