I went in today to make one small purchase. There was no one to ring it was exceptionally warm in the store and then when some manager came to assess the situation she was condescending and told us to form a line like it was kindergarten. Had she had staff we wouldn't be standing there waiting. I'll stick to my normal stores the woman with the ponytail and the glasses was obnoxious!

Social distancing means having the cashiers at the same booth so customers are on the opposite sides from each other. Not walking past each other to try to use separate registers in the same small aisle not remotely socially distancing. Will not be returning.

Employees are fantastic! It is not about them. Every time I go there I find the men's department shrunk even more than before. It is a little bigger than a playground sandbox now. If you are looking for business professional, I wish you the best of luck! Tie selection is down to one brand, suits are only apt.9 and C&B. If you are looking for a simpler item, I still wish you the best of luck. Dockers belt medium size, doesn't exist. Neither Levi's. Looked for Sketchers work shoes, only found a limited sample of the brand, not in the work shoes just walking shoes. Limited amount of Izod clothing, no other known designer brand in sight. I understand times are difficult, supply issues, etc. But even Walmart carries more selection, and I can name more brands in their stores. It is getting worse and worse with every visit. I signed up for another Department Store reward program, will use them exclusively from now on.

Nice looking store. This store use to use mood lights but now they are brighter. My friend was looking for a particular type of jacket 🧥 from the junior miss section and she couldn't find the section. We asked customer service and the area that we were directed to had a very limited selection. Not a lot of floor staff. Kohl's is hiring, but, a lot of businesses are in need of help. Merchandise is pricey. Electronics section surprised me because I consider Kohl's a fashion store.
