You don't have to, but you can get on the waitlist online. I think it's more convenient because you can wait in your car for a text saying your table is ready. I think if you have a group of 5 or more then you definitely should.
Not at all they will take you in just becareful what time you go because of a wait. I have never waited more than 15 min

You don't have to but it's best to call ahead at least 45 minutes so you know they have room for you. Most the time they have a 30-1hour wait time
