I saw the how to make pulled pork on channel 2 news thIs morning. I have to tell you that the man not changing his gloves when he went from putting the rub on the raw meat to tearing apart & preparing the cooked meat a RED FLAG! :-(

Calm down people...yes, it WAS for tv, which means it was done in a matter of minutes...in a real kitchen, HOURS, if not the greater part of a day, would pass between those 2 steps...I'm quite sure the cook would use fresh gloves by the time step two was done!!!
