Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, my daughters and I received the worst service you can imagine from the manager who ordered his subordinate not to wait on us but to clean tables (we we're the only people there) I had already ordered and paid in the mobile app so we had to wait amd wait we did for over 20 minutes while the manager continued to serve customer after customer in the drive thru, all whom showed up after I did. I finally had to demand my food in a stern voice and tell him I would no longer wait that he would get our food now so he finally decided to stop serving new customers and taking new orders amd get our food. When we got the food the fries were cold so we're the nuggets and they were supposed to be 2 6 piece nuggets, they were both only 4 and they didn't give us our milks. I couldn't even bring myself to go back inside and confront him, I had already wasted almost 45 minutes of life that I'll never get back!! I realize they are understaffed but this guy was unprofessional, rude and there was absolutely no excuse for his behavior. Needless to say I won't be going back to this location!!

This store is owned by franchise named FF&G . Avoid them at all costs. Me and another customer stood at front counter for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to take order. All self order kiosks were down. No excuse when you have 3 employees outside smoking and 2 people idle on food line. Talked to a employee outside who joked they had multiple health issues as well. Guess it's only a matter of time before they get shut down. Followup: Customer in front of me yelled obscenities and left after waiting he claims for 20minutes. I'm about to leave as well. Edit: left after 30 minutes.

This is probably my favorite and most reliable McDonald's. Also, McDonald's is talked down on all the time by those under the illusory belief that there's a difference between a fast food burger and an expensive restaurant burger. There are several McDonald's, including this one, that match the quality very well. Most of the time you're order a cheap thin burger there, so you may fall into that illusion. However, if you order something with quarter meat on it, then you'll have the high quality burger you were craving. Wanna do even better? Most restaurants don't put mustard on their burgers. My tip for you: Order a Bacon Double Quarter Pounder without mustard, pickles, or onions. You'll realize after you bite into it without those added ingredients that a cooked burger is a cooked burger regardless of where it comes from, and that McDonald's is right on point with their delicious seasoned meat.

Went thru drive thru. Was quick taking order and getting through the line to window to get my irder. Was disappointed to be told the holiday pie added to menu took away the cherry pie which is my favorite. So lost a star.

Yes that is a slow one and the staff is blah they act like its inconvenient for them to wait on you the one on McConnell Blvd is bad too.

because there isnt enough staff to stay open, legally we have to have at least 3 people here & we only have 2
As a fellow customer (which is who answers this forum) I cannot answer to that situation. It does sound, however, a bit odd to turn away customers unless there was a situation keeping them from being able to do their job.

This happens at most of the McDonald's in the area, the one on Zumbehl ignores people at 10.
Night crew is ALWAYS like that. They never shut up. Day crew is quick and efficient. I guess that's why they're on Day Crew.
