Placed an online order, took 20 minutes longer than they said it would despite it being not busy at all. When i finally got my food and got home, our chips were so stale that they could be best described as chewy

The last 3 visits I keep trying to convince myself the food would be better.. Its not. There's no flavor to it anymore and this time the rice wasn't cooked enough. The steak was tough. The queso has a snot like consistency but only taste like thick milk. Its trash. For one bowl a drink and chips was $19 Not at all worth the price.

A bit chaotic. Mostly newer employees. A long line. Out of a couple items at the time. All of this would usually be a disaster waiting to happen. A younger lady took control, was firm but very polite, and made the experience efficient and pleasant. And when they had more peppers come out she made sure my girlfriend and I got some! Sounds simple and maybe a bit silly….but those things go a long way sometimes! Thanks!!! (Food was delicious as well)

The service/food hasn't been up to par the last few times I've gone. The meat is sometimes seasoned, sometimes not. I've started driving across the bridge to go to Chipotle on the Rock Road. It's a shame. I really do prefer Qdoba. Just not the way it's being cooked now.
